Hiiiiii besties!! SO every year, I HAVE to make my own birthday avatar! Last year I brought you all Cake, this year, I wanted to do a balloon themed model cause who doesn't love balloons???? I absolutely am OBSESSED with this character design and I really hope you all enjoy it just as much as I did! I love you all so much! xoxo muah

FACE TRACKING COMPATIBLE AND GOGO LOCOMOTION!

Toggles: Face Tracking, Gogo Loco, cart with 4 grabbable balloons, follower (her name is cheeks and do I even have to say this at this point... she's got buttcheeks), arm cage, arm spiral, crown, leg cage, leg spiral, wings, and necklace

Instructions: Use the Vrchat Creator Companion (VCC), create a new project using Unity 2022.3.22f1 and upload Poiyomi shader, VRC Fury, VRCFT - Jerry's Templates (for facial tracking), then "Skye by freaking_cute" Unity Package! Drag the "Open Me!" package into your hierarchy and then upload~

Uses Unified Expressions for face tracking.

You MUST have a facial tracking compatible headset for the facial tracking to work. You also must have an understanding of how to set up facial tracking on your own system. If you do not have a facial tracking compatible headset, there are emotes that can be used without facial tracking.
